Common Reasons And Solutions For Sandblasting Machine Not Producing Sand

Reason 1: Adding too much sand resulted in blockage and inability to pressurize.

Solution: The amount of garnet sand added should be appropriate and not too much.

Reason 2: The spray gun is blocked.

Solution: After stopping the gas flow, remove the nozzle and check for any foreign objects. If there are any foreign objects, just clean them up.

Reason 3: Sand pipe blockage.

Solution: After stopping the gas flow, remove the nozzle, turn on the sandblasting machine, and use high-pressure gas to blow out the foreign matter. If it still doesn't work, you have to remove the pipe for cleaning or replace it.

Reason 4: The garnet sand is damp.

Solution: Clean the spray gun nozzle and dry and filter the sand material.

Reason 5: There is no filter screen, causing large foreign objects or uneven sand particles to enter the sand valve.

Solution: Open all the garnet sand regulating valves and use strong pressure air to remove foreign objects or agglomerated sand materials. If this is not feasible, the sand can only be discharged, filtered again, and then added.

Reason 6: There is too little garnet sand material.

Solution: Turn off the sandblasting machine and air source, and add garnet sand material.
