What factors of garnet can influence the waterjet cutting

A good waterjet garnet sand should meet the following conditions:

(1) No blocked in nozzle; Repair and replacement of nozzle will cause cost loss.

(2) Garnet has high iron and aluminum content, high hardness, fast cutting speed, moderate cutting gap, and straight and smooth cutting surface;

(3) No too fine particles and dust affect the cutting speed.
