Standard Level Requirements For Sandblasting

Sa0: Steel surface without rust removal treatment.

Sa1: Mild sandblasting to remove loose black skin, floating rust, and foreign objects.

Sa2: Moderate sandblasting removes most of the black skin, rust, and external foreign objects, resulting in a metallic gray surface after treatment. It is suitable for surface treatment standards in general rust prevention engineering.

Sa3: Thoroughly sandblasting, completely removing black skin, rust, and external foreign objects, and removing dust through vacuum cleaners or compressed air. Only a small amount of foreign objects remain, and the steel surface has a color similar to that of white metal (Near White), which is the highest surface treatment standard.
