SGA 80 is a natural alluvial pink garnet abrasive for common waterjet cutting applications. It provides stable abrasive feeding, smooth cutting edges, lower dust and consistent particle distribution for stainless steel, aluminum, stone, glass, ceramics and composite materials.
SGA 80 is produced from alluvial pink garnet through washing, separation, drying and precision screening. The 80 mesh grade is commonly used in waterjet cutting machines because it balances cutting speed, edge quality, abrasive flow and consumption cost.
80 mesh waterjet garnet is widely used for general precision cutting where stable abrasive feed, smooth edge quality and reliable productivity are required.
For stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium and other metal cutting applications.
For stone slabs, glass, ceramics and composite materials requiring clean cutting edges.
SEPPE processes alluvial garnet through washing, desliming, gravity separation, drying, magnetic separation and precision screening to control oversized particles and fines for stable waterjet cutting performance.
For waterjet cutting, particle size distribution, moisture, bulk density and chloride content directly affect abrasive flow, cutting stability and nozzle service life. SEPPE checks each batch before shipment.
